Den 1880 is at 14 Erb Street West, in a heritage building in Uptown Waterloo. It opened in 2023.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm. Members on its Teams Floor have 24/7 access. The Performance Club, its gym, is open Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm.
It runs no startup programs. Its members include founders, small businesses and company teams.

Day passes for $45 (8am to 5pm, no gym), or a 4-pack for $168
Cadence: 10 coworking days a month, $288 a month billed yearly
