Spend an afternoon filming, taking photos and swapping ideas with other founders and creators. Get optional AI support for photos, writing and video post-production. Being a founder means wearing a hundred hats. Make time for your content with a few good people to share ideas, practise with and help you capture it. For founders, entrepreneurs, consultants and professionals creating content for their business or personal brand. Choose your projects and your pace: film, take photos, practise on camera or help someone capture their next piece of content. 🎬 What you can work on Videos and reels: founder stories, LinkedIn videos, thought leadership and company content. Photos and personal branding: portraits, behind-the-scenes moments and website visuals. Interviews and practice: record a conversation, rehearse a presentation or get comfortable telling your story. Creative collaboration: swap ideas, share props and help one another with filming. ✨ AI support alongside the meetup Optional 30-minute group drop-ins with Melissa and Diana offer focused help with AI photos, writing or script polish, and AI video post-production that resonates with your intended audience. Bring a question or join a discussion. You can attend a drop-in or keep creating and networking; no homework is required. The focus is useful progress and connection, rather than a set number of finished posts. This is a meetup, not a sequential workshop or a professional photoshoot. 📱 What to bring and how to collaborate Your phone is enough. Bring any camera gear, tripod, lights, outfit changes or props you would like to use. We’ll set up spaces around the venue in advance and bring props to get you started. You’re welcome to bring your own specific props, outfits or gear. Ask before photographing, filming, recording or posting someone else’s image or content. Respect people who prefer not to take part. ☕ Make an afternoon of it Come to create, stay for the conversations over light refreshments. Light refreshments for guests are included in your ticket. All experience levels welcome. Come solo or with a friend, as long as each guest registers with their own ticket. We’re keeping this gathering intentionally small, 20 to 30 people, so there’s room for great conversations, real connections and time to create.
