As a Code Pilot, you\\u2019ll be our\\ customers\\u2019 first line of technical support and a trusted companion when things\\ get turbulent. You\\u2019ll troubleshoot issues, assist with core database administrative\\ tasks, and make sure our clinical partners have what they need to do their\\ life-saving work without delay.<\\/span> <\\/div>

Working alongside your Wingmates, and Airboss\\ & Aces (your teammates), you\\u2019ll build experience that can launch you into a\\ Tech Viper role handling advanced troubleshooting and high-impact projects.<\\/span> <\\/p>What\\ You\\u2019ll Do<\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>Provide level one technical\\ support for hospitals using Mach7\\u2019s<\\/a> Enterprise\\ Imaging Solution.<\\/span> <\\/li>Perform routine DBA tasks such as\\ monitoring, user access, backups, and system health checks.<\\/span> <\\/li>Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve\\ issues or escalate when needed.<\\/span> <\\/li>Document solutions and share\\ knowledge to help the entire crew work smarter.<\\/span> <\\/li>Communicate clearly and calmly\\ with customers, even in high-pressure situations.<\\/span> <\\/li>Work closely with your Flight Crew\\ to make sure health care providers stay up and running 24/7.<\\/span> <\\/li>Learn and grow your knowledge of\\ our systems, databases, and imaging technologies.<\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>About You<\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>You\\u2019re curious, resourceful, and\\ eager to learn.<\\/span> <\\/li>You have familiarity with relational\\ databases (SQL Server or similar)<\\/span> <\\/li>You love solving problems and\\ helping people.<\\/span> <\\/li>You thrive in a collaborative team\\ environment and communicate well under pressure.<\\/span> <\\/li>You prefer to work in a flexible,\\ hybrid environment as part of a supportive crew, with freedom to do your\\ best work from home.<\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>Bonus Points if you have: <\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>· <\\/span><\\/span><\\/span>Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging\\ systems<\\/span> <\\/p>· <\\/span><\\/span><\\/span>Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare\\ data standards<\\/span> <\\/p>· <\\/span><\\/span><\\/span>Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform experience<\\/span> <\\/p>
