<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/div>Your\\ Role<\\/span><\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>You\\u2019ll work closely with our Code\\ Pilots, Tech Vipers, and ACES to support customers during onboarding, upgrades,\\ and beyond. While you won\\u2019t be writing code or tuning databases, your\\ superpower is coordination making sure communication is flowing, milestones are\\ hit, and the right people are in the loop.<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/p>Think of yourself as the navigator\\ beside the pilot, always keeping your eye on the horizon, asking the right\\ questions, and ensuring the journey feels seamless for everyone onboard.<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/p>

<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/div>What\\ You\\u2019ll Do<\\/span><\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>Serve as a primary contact for assigned applications or\\ customers during implementation and optimization<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Gather input from clinical and operational stakeholders\\ to understand requirements and workflows through structured and\\ unstructured training sessions.<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Translate customer needs into functional specs and\\ project tasks, working closely with technical teammates while building\\ shared knowledge<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Coordinate internal communication across crews making\\ sure no ball gets dropped and insights are shared<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Participate in training, testing, validation, and\\ go-live support<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for\\ knowledge sharing<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Create training materials and help facilitate end-user\\ training sessions and knowledge transfer<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Triage and track issues escalating to technical\\ teammates when needed<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Stay connected to industry best practices and emerging\\ healthcare IT trends<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Bring calm, clarity, and positivity especially when encountering\\ turbulence<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Go \\u201cwheels up\\u201d up to two weeks every month while\\ visiting customers<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>

<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/div>About\\ You<\\/span><\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>You\\u2019re incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and love\\ helping people succeed<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>You thrive in the space between customers and technical\\ teams translating, supporting, and guiding<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>You\\u2019re a clear communicator who keeps things moving\\ without micromanaging<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>You\\ have experience in healthcare environments and understand clinical or\\ operational workflows<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>You\\u2019re a collaborative, unflappable, and proactive\\ someone who sees problems before they happen<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>Bonus points if you have:<\\/span><\\/span><\\/b> <\\/p>Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging\\ systems<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare data\\ standards<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Project coordination or project management experience<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Exposure to regulatory requirements like HIPAA<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li>Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform experience<\\/span><\\/span> <\\/li><\\/ul>
