Sr. Software Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Boston, MA, or remote Reporting: Reports to CTO

About you You’re passionate about coding, you live on the web, and you know good software when you see it! You’ve experimented with many different technologies, been around startups, and love the pace and the culture. You have a Computer Science degree that you’d love to finally put to good use. You are able to work with minimal direction and balance multiple requirements. More importantly, you’re a team player with an insatiable desire for getting things done!

About us Customers.ai is building mobile AI chatbots with machine learning to automate the conversion process on mobile websites. It’s a huge market and with you we will lead the way! About our tech stack We use open source technology to deliver an amazing product on Linux, AWS, and Azure using Docker. We use multiple databases to scale our platform to handle our growing customer base. We utilize RoR, Node, Python, React, and more. Our famous chat bots utilize machine learning and AI to provide for a better experience on mobile devices.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science from a good school

• Top-notch coding skills

• 4-6 years of experience writing code professionally and with minimal oversight

• Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies.

• Experience with any specific technologies (e.g., Ruby) is not a requirement; we’re looking for people with a history of leveraging any technology to create masterpieces.

• Culture fit is important. We are a small team, we work hard, and we want to be successful.
