Ripple Ventures is a Canadian early-stage venture capital firm based in Toronto. It invests the first cheques at inception, before the product exists, before customers have said yes, and often before the company is incorporated. Matt Cohen is its Managing Partner and Dominic Lau is a Partner.
It says it has partnered with 51 companies across four funds, and Fund IV, announced in 2026, is its current fund. Its venture partners are operators who help portfolio companies with go to market, sales, partnerships, engineering, product, marketing and talent.
