Quantacet is a venture capital fund for quantum technology startups, based in Sherbrooke with an office in Montreal. It says it is the first and only VC fund based in Quebec focused on the global quantum technology market. Laforest holds a PhD in quantum computing from the University of Waterloo's Institute for Quantum Computing.
