A Canadian seed investor that backs B2B hardware and software founders, with general partners in Waterloo, Toronto and Ottawa.
Graphite Ventures invests in Canadian B2B tech companies at pre-seed and seed. The team behind the MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund (IAF) launched it in 2021, when the team closed its fourth fund. It says it has made over 200 investments, with more than 40 exits.
It has team members in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Waterloo, Calgary and Edmonton. Its general partners are Aaron Bast (Waterloo), Craig Leonard (Toronto) and Kevin Madill (Ottawa).
