About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help shape solutions, advance strategic initiatives, strengthen our technology footprint and champion strong engineering practices within your team.

You will deliver secure, reliable and user-centered solutions that support business objectives. You will translate technical and business requirements into incremental deliverables aligned with business and technology roadmaps.

As a senior member of the team, you will be accountable for outcomes, not only assigned tasks. You will lead medium-sized technical initiatives from end to end, set a high engineering standard within your squad and influence stakeholders beyond it. This role calls for strong technical judgment, initiative and a genuine interest in coaching others and improving engineering quality.

Position Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deliver, maintain and continuously improve business applications across the full technology stack and throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design end-user interfaces, databases, APIs and server-side logic while maintaining front-end and back-end components.

Apply disciplined coding practices, established design patterns, automation and semantic versioning to support agility and high-quality delivery.

Develop detailed system design specifications that guide system and program development.

Build automated test harnesses and conduct analysis to ensure solutions meet or exceed quality standards and end-user requirements.

Conduct investigative spikes to reduce technical uncertainty and risk.

Resolve defects and improve software efficiency, reliability and maintainability.

Participate in ideation and prototyping to develop creative digital solutions.

Complete required deployment, maintenance, support and business documentation.

Participate in peer reviews of code and analysis to promote continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with demonstrated ownership of features from design through production support.

Languages and runtimes:

Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, C#, .NET and SQL.

Front-end development:

Build and CI/CD:

Maven or Gradle, npm or pnpm, Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions.

Testing and quality:

JUnit; Jest or Vitest; Playwright or Selenium for end-to-end testing; Bruno or REST Assured for API testing; and SonarQube.

Security and identity:

OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, OWASP secure coding practices, dependency and CVE management tools such as Snyk, and the protection of personally identifiable information.

Observability:

New Relic or Application Insights, structured logging and tracing.

AI-assisted engineering:

GitHub Copilot or an equivalent tool, including prompt and context engineering.

Experience designing application architecture at the component and service levels and contributing to architectural decisions beyond your own codebase.

Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles, with development practices that prioritize testing, continuous integration and the rapid, safe release of new features.

A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical vision, options and outcomes to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Next.js and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Back-end and eventing:

Spring Batch, Spring Cloud or Spring Integration, Azure Functions, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus and JMS.

Data and analytics:
